Serge Creator Studios provides practical tools and processes to facilitate seamless cooperation between customers and contractors. We ensure the exchange of high-quality products and services, as well as monetary transactions, is efficient and transparent.

Customer Budget Types

Our customers utilize two primary types of budgets to facilitate payments: Pre-paid budgets, where funds are provided in advance before services commence, and After-pay budgets, which are based on metered usage and billed after services have been delivered. These options allow flexibility for customers to choose the payment structure that best suits their operational needs and cash flow preferences, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and contractors.

Pre-Paid Budget

A pre-paid budget offers faster payout times because funds are settled into Serge Creator Studios' dedicated customer bank account and are immediately available to deliver the requested services and products. Customers allocate a pre-paid budget, providing several benefits, including expedited processing.

All reports for projects billed under a pre-paid budget are included in the nearest billing cycle for payouts unless a specific report is flagged for review by the customer or agency. Such reviews may delay payouts until the issue is resolved.

After-Pay Budget (Based on Metered Usage with Weekly Billing)

Certain customers are billed weekly based on the metered usage of services. Contractors deliver work during the customer’s billing week, and once the billing cycle is complete, the transaction is authorized via Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

While payments are typically processed within 5 business days after the invoice is sent to the customer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days on average for funds to be deposited into our bank account. In some cases, this process can take up to 30 days.

Contractors Guarantees

Serge Creator Studios guarantees that contractors will receive payment for the quality services and products they deliver to customers. Our agency also helps resolve disputes and issues involving unhappy customers.

If a customer is dissatisfied with the received product or service or if the product contains bugs, the agency will provide the necessary support to mediate and resolve these issues between the contractor and the customer.

During the resolution process, reports may be delayed or declined based on mutual agreement between the parties involved. Serge Creator Studios is committed to resolving issues promptly to maintain strong relationships between customers and contractors.

Vendor Portal

Contractors have access to a dedicated Contractor Portal, where they can review detailed reports, billing summaries, and payment statuses for their completed work. This portal serves as a centralized platform for tracking and managing all financial information, ensuring transparency and ease of use.

To gain access to the Contractor Portal, contractors are required to submit a request. Payouts

By default, all payouts are processed bi-weekly on Mondays, with reports reviewed and prepared on the same day. However, there may occasionally be delays in processing due to the complexity and precision required in preparing reports and bills. In such cases, contractors will be promptly notified with updated timelines and explanations.

Additionally, payouts may be processed on other days if necessary, including the 1st or 15th of each month, depending on specific requirements or circumstances.

Please note that payout terms are subject to change. Contractors will be informed in advance of any modifications to the payout schedule to ensure clarity and alignment with updated processes.

Taxes and Deductions

Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes and ensuring compliance with local tax laws. Serge Creator Studios does not withhold taxes unless explicitly required by law.
